Swimming Pool
Our swimming pool offers you the chance to swim and exercise without any undue stress or strain, whether length swimming for fitness or purely for fun, take the opportunity to drop in and make a splash !
Ozone Health & Fitness Gym
Our Technogym Equipment is fully equipped with built in TV Screens and IPod Play Features.
On the Mezzanine Floor of the Gym we have our Weight Resistance Equipment to help build up individual muscle groups and for stamina/strength work.
Floor mats are located on both Gym levels for light work outs and exercise with small and heavy weights.
Our Ozone Leisure Assistants will be more than happy to give you advice and guidance in order that you get the best out of our Gym for your individual, personal goals and objectives.
There is a thirst point located just outside the Gym.
Rules of Operation
For all new members and first time guests an induction will be carried out on Gym Equipment prior to use.
Should you have any individually health issues that we should be aware, of please advise one of the Ozone Leisure Club Assistants on arrival, seek advice from your doctor or G.P. should you have any doubts or worries.
Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the Gym or Equipment.
Spa Facilities - London Therapy 4 U
London Therapy 4 U boasts an accomplished staff of skilled therapists, all of whom have Masters degrees in physiotherapy. You can relax and unwind during treatment knowing that you’re in the safest of hands.
